From twining the actual weft to weaving by loom, every step is conducted here at our factory. While pouring water on the weft, the threads are twined 3000~4000 times per every 1 meter of fabric. This unique Japanese technique is called “Haccho Twining”, and creates an even more unique embossment. In recent years, we have introduced extra-wide looms, which allows for the utilization of traditional techniques in the field of western fabrics.
